As the successful applicant for this responsible and challenging position, you will be available for an immediate start, committing yourself to holding the appointment for the rest of your life, or until relieved of your duties.

The position offers no possibility of advancement in this lifetime, although you may be remembered with respect and/or affection in centuries to come.

Reporting directly to God, you shall speak messages and perform dramatic actions as directed. You will have no choice in the nature of your tasks, some of which you will find highly distasteful.

You must be prepared to travel extensively, often without notice. Note that all travel is at your own expense.

The position will gain you access to the courts of Kings and High Priests. You will frequently be ejected from these courts for doing your job, and occasional prison terms may result.

You must be prepared to speak and act in public places, but must also be prepared to be ignored, misunderstood, even reviled.

You will be responsible for raising your own living expenses, using whatever means may be available to you.
